Job Description:

Burn Boot Camp Granger is looking for a Customer Experience Manager – someone with management experience who is passionate about health and fitness and wants to empower others to be the best version of themselves! The Customer Experience Manager leads a team of Front Desk Associates (which we call Burn Ambassadors) and is accountable for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring everyone who walks through our doors is met with enthusiasm, encouragement, and a "people first" attitude.

As the Customer Experience Manager, you and your team will deliver world-class customer service to every member, every camp, every day!

The Customer Experience Manager will be expected to:

  • work at the front desk for approximately 15-20 hours a week, so you can be a recognizable face in the gym and build relationships with clients.
  • spend another 4-8 hours per week communicating with members and potential members through various communication channels
  • effectively lead, manage and hold accountable a team of Burn Ambassadors
  • be a contributing member of the gym leadership team, working with the different departments, creating cross collaboration and communication.
  • uphold the Burn Boot Camp brand standards through direct to member and social media communication
  • be able work early mornings (5am-11am), evenings (4pm-8pm) and occasional Saturday mornings (7am-Noon)
